This collection is comprised primarily of sound recordings, slides, and a transcript of a presentation given by Pickens detailing examples of architecture found on the Washington University campus. The material is arranged by material type.

Scope and Contents

The collection consists of a number of bound volumes which describe Thias' life, teaching activities at Washington University, and architectural career. The collection also includes several folders of Thias' sketches and watercolors. These drawings depict buildings on the Washington University campus, St. Louis scenes, and Missouri scenes.
